Using Sinkers

Sinkers is a free game offered as it is. You may play it for your own enjoyment and to promote an app you have the right to promote. The game may change, and progress, parts or rankings may be adjusted or reset when the rules are rebalanced.

Your app listing

• The name, pitch and link must describe a real app or site that you own or are entitled to promote.
• No listings that are illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonate someone else.
• Listings can be reported by other players. A listing that breaks these terms may be hidden, and the account removed, without notice.
• Links to players' apps are supplied by players. Sinkers does not endorse them and is not responsible for what is on the other side.

Fair play

Do not use automation, exploits or multiple accounts to gain rank, and do not interfere with the service. Accounts that do may be reset or removed.

Purchases

Gem packs are optional one-time purchases, sold through Polar, which acts as the seller of record and issues the receipt. Gems are a game currency with no cash value. They are added to the account you were signed in to when you bought them. If something goes wrong with a purchase, get in touch and it will be put right or refunded; a refund removes the gems it paid for.

No warranty

The game is provided without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its maker is not liable for loss arising from its use, including lost progress or a lost place on the leaderboard.
